Customer Order Management Coordinator


Summary:
Perform specific Customer Service functions that support customer need's so that orders may be fulfilled on a timely basis.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Stay up-to-date and follow all Quality System procedures related to this job, which can affect the quality of products or services provided to our customers.
Be responsible for opening new customer accounts and maintaining existing accounts in BPCS and Oracle for Supply, Service and SPG Customers
Perform primary role in Operator Queue, answering inbound calls, directing to proper party and providing assistance on inquiries.
Proactively manage tax exempt status of customers in BPCS and Oracle, working with Corporate Tax to keep records up to date.
Create and maintain all training materials for the department including guidelines and reference documents.
Input DHR information into Clientele
Assist Senior Manager with customer master data conversion from BPCS to Oracle.
Assist with customer/sales communications, explaining processes, placing order or routing to technical support, offering further assistance and follow up as appropriate.
Other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience
Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or two years related experience in a customer service role and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Other Skills and Abilities
Ability to:
- work with various ERP and CRM software programs
- independently, using strong time management skills
- Accurately use 10 key calculator and keyboard

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
