Successful candidates will initiate one on one dialog with potential referral sources and maintain positive relationships with current referral sources. They will design, develop and drive cutting edge sales strategies designed to increase patient/resident admissions that leverage the company core competence in the area of rehabilitating medically complex patients/residents who require an extended stay in a healthcare setting. This process begins with identifying new prospects, educating them on the company business model and clearly establishing how Kindred are able to differentiate themselves from their competition. Through the building of long term relationships with these referring facilities and physicians, the successful candidate will facilitate the identification and assessment of future patient/resident admissions factoring in length of stay, and level of acuity which should align with the outcomes expected from the company clinical expertise in rehabilitation and nursing.
Requirements

years demonstrated full life cycle sales experience (B2B and/or DTC) from lead generation, educating the client, persistent follow up and follow through on all leads, issues and success stories. Valid driving license required. Clinical licensure preferred (RN/ LPN/ RT). Strong preference given to candidates who have previously operating in the sales function of a medical device, institutional pharmaceutical or healthcare setting company. Consideration will be given to those with prior durable medical equipment and/or home health and/or hospice.
Education
College degree required. Either an Associate degree with clinical licensure or Bachelor degree without clinical licensure preferred.

The client organization is one of the largest diversified provider of post-acute care services in the United States.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
