This position will support the Quality Assurance Department in the implementation of quality assurance systems and identify quality related issues. Report quality related trends to the Organization, while supporting the plant's objectives of safety, quality, efficiency, productivity and customer service.

Responsibilities
Lead in operator training and business unit quality performance assessments and provide technical expertise to business units in troubleshooting quality related problems
Perform all bench work analysis according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and standard methods
Lead in writing SOP's for equipment calibration and testing procedures performed by the quality laboratory
Assist in maintaining compliance with all product safety and quality programs including training and auditing within the plant facility
Act as Quality Manager in his/her absence

Qualifications
BS Preferred or the equivalent in experience
3-5 years Quality experience
Proven ability to establish, optimize and maintain world-class maintenance quality systems, lean system and other continuous improvement systems
Highly developed communication, leadership and interpersonal skills, coupled with organizational sensitivity, and the ability to influence others
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement core word practices and standards that ensure excellence in quality and continuous improvement
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
