This role is primarily responsible for using discretionary judgment in the area of supervising the workforce daily on process and Continuous Improvement projects. In addition, variable cost budgets must be respected while working on continuous improvement (productivity pipeline) projects to sustain the quarter over quarter cost reduction / productivity improvements.

Management of 3-6 Employees.

Supervising a process engineers team focused equipment spec/design/build/standardization, processing support, new technology development, and material development;
Making recommendations to management;
Ensuring that material, process, and design specifications are established and maintained;
Assisting process engineers in resolving problems, improving materials and process standards, developing new materials and processes, and in providing support to manufacturing plants.

EDUCATION:
4-year engineering degree required; Chemical Engineering, General Engineering or Engineering Technology preferred.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
5
years of experience in a process related position including material selection, testing, implementation, and process;
2
years of experience in a lead or supervisory manufacturing process role;
Analytical, problem solving, leadership and coaching skills;
Technical writing, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
