Support Analyst

The Support Analyst position will:
Provide technical support to end users on a variety of IT related issues.
Identify, analyze, research, and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware and software, network devices, network security, phone and remote computing.
Provide training and documentation relating to software and hardware usage, policies, procedures and employee orientation.
Successful candidates will have:
Associate's Degree in computer related field, or equivalent
2-4 years of IT experience in an enterprise environment providing technical support in multiple areas of IT.
A strong understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, Cisco VOIP, Windows operating systems, Network and Computing hardware
Ability to manage computing hardware and create, update and administer software deployments utilizing Microsoft's System Center Configuration Manager preferred
Excellent decision making and communication skills
Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) certification is a plus.
Flexibility with work hours will be required to include the potential of working early, late evenings and/or weekends. On Call responsibilities will be required.
An ability to effectively prioritize work and multitask to achieve department responsibilities
Desire to provide the best customer support possible.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
