Be a part of Humana's Sales team - help to improve overall wellness of others by implementing practical and useful benefit solutions.
The Retention Executive (RE) uphold Humana's value proposition by negotiating renewals and creating client satisfaction with Humana products and services telephonically. They manage the overall client relationship with focus on renewals and cross selling services/products. The RE ensures on-going Workplace Voluntary Benefits (WVB) enrollment. The Retention Executive manages the renewal process for 2-299. The RE collaborates with the Consumer Engagement Consultant to identify health and wellness opportunities.
Major Responsibilities
Proactive outreach to brokers to work renewals and establish cross-sale opportunities for 2 to 299 block
Proactive outreach to employers minimum 3x per year to drive retention, cross sales, and engagement through an improved experience
Accountable for achieving retention and cross sales goals
Manage renewal probability in Spectrum for 50 (retention only)
Maintaining pod relationships and identifying other profitable opportunities within the market
Delegate service related issues to market support team
Develop enrollment strategy and define enrollment expectations with customers

Prior sales experience in the health solutions industry

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
