Associate General Counsel
The candidate will assist the General Counsel in the handling of all legal and regulatory matters for the company, and in managing and enforcing the companys corporate compliance initiatives. Will be expected to provide general assistance, guidance and counsel to the companys management and employees on all legal issues and insurance regulatory/compliance activities of the company, and will assist the secretary of the company in carrying out its corporate obligations. Should have a Bachelors degree, a Juris Doctorate and be admitted to a State Bar. Must have 3 years of experience in the insurance or a similarly regulated industry as corporate counsel or in private practice.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
