Ensure system orders are entered accurately into ETC's business system o Receives PO/order o Enters order into the system o Prints Sales order acknowledgements o Create Project Workspace(Jira) and creates Functional Location o Attaches PO's and Quotes documentation to the business system Ensure custom Bills of Materials are entered accurately into ETC's business system Performs high volume data entry of customer orders Performs back-up to EchoFlex data entry Assists Project Assistants when necessary Other tasks as assigned Minimum
Qualifications:
HS diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred 1-3 years previous administrative type experience Experience in a team environment Ability to interact with other employees, work as a team Strong communications and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently Ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions Ability to read, speak and understand English Keyboarding skills, both alpha and numeric Able to work well under pressure Ability to multi task Strong organizational skills and attention to detail SAP Knowledge helpful.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
