Associate Project Manager - Rigging

ETC is looking for a Rigging Rockstar to join the Professional Services group as a new Associate Project Manager in Middleton, WI! If you love ETC rigging products and want to be more involved on the front end of things, this is a perfect opportunity! An Associate Project Manager will be responsible for assisting with the implementation of custom projects, updating project schedules, and working with other departments on getting the project rolled out.
Our ideal candidate will have an Associates Degree or comparable job experience, some background knowledge on rigging systems and their functions, strong communication and organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:
oAssists in implementing the design of a custom project with oversight from a Project Manager.
This could include:
oAcquiring information from dealers, consultants, engineers, electricians, representatives, and end users in a timely and professional manneroReviewing of quotations, sales orders, and purchase ordersoOutlining system requirementsoReviewing submittal drawingsoPreparing sales order changes information for Project AssistantsoProducing release documentation for Project Assistants oUpdating project schedulesoReviewing of available documentation to produce submittal drawingsoIndependent responsibility for projects under specific guidelines from purchase order through system startupoAddresses requests for information from dealers, consultants, engineers, electricians, representatives and end users in a timely and professional manneroReviews sales order and purchase orders and addresses any discrepancies in a timely fashionoConfirms system requirementsoEnsures the project's progress scheduled ship date is metoProvides accurate project status to customers as soon as changes occuroReleases product to manufacturingoUpdates project schedules to ensure they are accurate and currentoEnsures quality customer supportoEnsures product shipped meets customer's expectationsoCommunicates with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
oProvides back-up to Project Managers when neededoOther duties as assignedo Special projects and requests are completed in a timely and positive fashionMinimum
Qualifications:
oAssociate degree or 4 years of comparable experienceoPrevious technical theatre, theatrical rigging, architectural lighting, and/or construction experience preferredoFamiliarity with ETC's products is beneficial, but not requiredoPractical knowledge of theatrical rigging systems preferredoExcellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsoStrong motivation and attention to detailoMicrosoft Office/PC skillsoAble to work well under pressure and set priorities for multiple assignments Recommended Skills Attention To Detail Communication Construction Coordinating Customer Satisfaction Customer Service Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
