The Banquet Setup team member will have the opportunity to prepare food and beverage banquet service and set-up to ensure complete guest satisfaction. The team member will meet with the banquet meeting planner or contact to establish rapport and evaluate any immediate needs, and he/she will assist in the development, coordination, and implementation of banquet practices and procedures. Also, the team member will be involved in reviewing and implementing catering function agreements to ensure the highest standards of service and product is offered. Ultimately, the team member will demonstrate commitment to quality and service by responding to feedback from guests and staff regarding food quality, presentation and service. Requirements:
The ideal Banquet Setup team member will present the following: One year of experience in banquets and catering Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Practice and commitment to ensuring the highest standards of service in attaining guest satisfaction and profitability Team player approach to ensure a smooth banquet/hotel operation Positive attitude, outgoing and friendly We are looking for a team of A Players.
